Hello again. Here is a bit more about my background and professional experience.

I am researcher and impact measurement consultant with fifteen years of experience evaluating projects across the Arts, Culture, and Public Policies. My professional journey has taken me through top consultancies in the UK and Europe, including BOP Consulting, Ipsos MORI, and RSM Consulting.

In 2023, my family and I relocated to Hong Kong where I am now a freelance consultant. I collaborate with a diverse range of organizations such as Purpose Impact Action and BOP Consulting, on evaluation projects, feasibility studies, and program and organizational reviews.

While I have managed large-scale projects for UK ministerial departments, the EU Commission, and US private philanthropies, I also excel in developing smaller-scale initiatives which can be optimized and then scaled up.

Over the years, I have worked both client side, as a Research & Evaluation Manager in a nonprofit, and agency side, as a Consultant and now Freelancer. This experience equips me with a dual perspective and comprehensive understanding of the practical challenges, and opportunities, for evaluation and impact measurement. Exploring and finding iterative solutions with clients is something I genuinely enjoy!

And to provide a fuller picture of myself, I was raised in Brussels, London and Nice, and hold a Master Degree in Development Economics from The School of Oriental and African Studies (University of London). I am also a native French speaker and fluent in Spanish.

Over the last year, I've launched my consultancy services focused on social impact measurement. My services are designed to provide actionable insights that can drive positive change and enhance programs' effectiveness.

Hong Kong, International

BOP Consulting is a global research and consulting practice for culture and the creative economy and I was ecstatic to be part of it (still am as a Freelancer). This role enabled me to apply my evaluation expertise for measuring the economic, social and environmental impact of art and culture public policies and programs in the UK and internationally.

In my role at the RSM strategy, economics and policy consulting firm, I worked on highly topical telecommunications and cybersecurity UK government programs. Figuring out innovate approaches for quantifying risks of hypothetical technological scenarios, and value added of corresponding mitigating interventions.

At Ipsos MORI, I was part of the highly innovative Policy and Evaluation Unit. Being part of a multidisciplinary team cutting across public policy sectors, I had the best chance to further consolidate my evaluation expertise to UK Government standards. This experience greatly influenced my work in striving to strike the right balance between robustness and practical data challenges.

I started off my evaluator career at the UK's largest enterprise, employability and financial education nonprofit. Whilst there, I established the Evaluation Unit, focused on embedding and professionalizing data collation and evaluation practices. This UK experience was showcased at the group's European level where I also contributed with training and further evaluation capacity building.
